This was a bid project, and we fortunately made it, it now under building in Ningbo. It is an office park for material study and communication.
The site is in the high-tech diveloping disttrict in Ningbo and aimed for international business. We try a method to build a new patern of office, like a communty which can bring the users more enjoyment and make them comfortable.
Ningbo is the economic center of South of Yangtze River Delta, is a coastal open city. Since ancient times, merchants, a "Book gathering of talents, and Hong Kong, reputation all over the world".

The eastern new town is a new urban center under development and construction in Ningbo. It will become a business and administrative center and play an important role in improving the image and quality of Ningbo. It is the image and logo for Ningbo in twenty-first Century.

Ningbo national hi tech district is under development and construction of the new city center, also in Ningbo science and technology zone. National high-tech park planning into the Ningbo high-tech new materials research and innovation base, will become the business and office center. Ningbo high tech Zone will play an important role in improving the image and quality of Ningbo City, is a science and technology research and development the center of Ningbo for twenty-first Century.

The project is located in the National High-tech Zone, Ningbo new material science and technology center, located in the avenue to the South and west of Yongjiang Road, planning road north.
