The site we set up our project is Shiliu Pu, at the southern side of the famous Bund, on the opposite side of The Bund Commercial CBD, which was designed by Sr. Norman Foster.
So you can imagine how central it is in Shanghai City, and this is base why I set up my design like this: to maximize the usage of the limited land, and offering the wonderful scene to the citizen.

This project was a unite-design with the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPi), from which I contact the parametrial design ways.
Since the site we choosed was a very expensive area and the construction amount was limited. We try a method to build a new city which owning the street-linked retails and high-located viewing spots but no comparative valueless middle floors.
