The project site is located in Binjiang Commercial Area of Wuhan City . It is located at the center of the inner ring . It can reach the main area of the inner ring within half an hour . It is convenient for transportation . The surrounding public facilities are complete and face a wide river view , and the project is very important for urban development .

Furthermore, the site was next to the Changjaing River, meanwhile the project orientation was high-end. So we started with the studying of landscape, and at the same time, tried to cater the neighbour skyscrapers.
As for the design strategy, we combined local cultural elements with modern elements to create a sophisticated, stylish business atmosphere.

This project was located in the new development zone of Wuhan. What’s more, the site is between the Wuhan Greenland Center and Wuhan Wanda Center, both are flagships of very famous property developers.
So this project was also aimed to be a high class commercial center including office, shopping mall and residence.
Because the site was next to the Changjaing River, meanwhile the project orientation was high-end. So we started with the studying of landscape, and at the same time, tried to cater the neighbour skyscrapers.
